Check their maths before you pay!
They have a wacky method of charging you for 'free items' and then deducting the cost of these. BUT (with my order) they deducted less than the value they charged, resulting in me actually paying towards the 'free items'. They wouldn't correct this but did offer a refund (of the difference) after I placed my order. Surely that's the wrong way round? They should charge correctly. I suggest everyone who has used the current 15% payday treat checks their invoice. They didn't know there was an issue until I alerted them so they're now 'looking into it'. I have usually had good service from them, but this is not the first time I've had to challenge their maths. They call it frustrating; I call it plain wrong. BTW - they say it's because of Brexit! Really? I haven't placed the order.
